Sara Hart Campbell & Andrew Hart Campbell founded Artemis Audio & Ayurveda to blend their lifestyles and passion for wellness into holistic retreats that provide Hatha yoga, sound healing, and meditation services for solo travelers, artists, healers, & holistic wellness seekers.
Together, we offer workshops and immersion solo experience retreats that use the science of Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga, and Sound Healing to balance mind, body, and spirit in your daily life.
We believe in fostering wellness by inspiring you to integrate daily healing practices to promote long-term change and growth. We do our best to live our lives in a way that supports our healing practices as facilitators and as forever students of life.
The vision is to continue to manage our alternative hospitality wellness service in the Hudson Valley NY and expand into an Artist Residency Wellness Retreat in Panama. It is our pleasure to share and explore seasonal healing retreats in NY for Summer and Fall, and in Panama for Winter and Spring.

Sara has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. When not teaching, Sara creates fine art photography and mixed media wood sculptures.
Andrew Campbell is a certified audio professional, BA in sound engineering, registered sound therapist and shamanic healer offering one-on-one and group sessions since 2015.
Both Drew and Sara are certified Reiki Masters and infuse energy healing into all that they do.
