Posture Clinic w/ Hatha Yoga is our signature offering designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your yoga practice. This traditional Hatha yoga session—available 1:1 or in small groups—incorporates classic props such as a mat, blocks, a strap, blanket, bolster, and a chair. Discounts for groups are available upon request

The chair is used as a functional prop to support alignment, stability, and deeper exploration of postures, not just for sitting. Sessions are traditional Hatha postures and influenced by teachers such as BKS Iyengar and Swami Satichidnanda.

Whether you are new to yoga, working with injuries or mobility concerns, or looking to refine your practice, this clinic provides personalized guidance for all levels in a supportive environment.

Sessions are 60–90 minutes and conclude with an extended relaxation practice to integrate your experience. Whether you are new to yoga, working with injuries or mobility concerns, or seeking to refine your practice, this clinic provides personalized guidance for all levels.

You are encouraged to continue practicing with Sara online or in person, or simply embrace the Posture Clinic experience and carry its benefits and intentions with you moving forward. You can sign up for online sessions HERE

Once Booked we will invite you to a video meet and greet to say hello and review your goals and intentions for our session. We appreciate booking with a minimum of 2 weeks’ gap before we begin.
