Experience the restorative power of nature with a guided Forest Bathing session. Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest to reduce stress, boost wellbeing, and reconnect with the natural world.

Gazing + Photography Walk
Explore the beauty of the outdoors with a mindful photography walk. This experience combines intentional gazing with creative photography, helping you notice details, capture moments, and deepen your appreciation for nature.
5 Elements Walking Meditation
Align body and mind with a meditative walk inspired by the five elements. Connect with earth, water, fire, air, and space through guided movement and reflection, fostering balance and inner harmony.
Walks are typically 1 - 3 miles round-trip and are picked based on the season so that the trail is an effective meditation location :) Trails we walk along, often for this experience, tend to be along the Hudson River, Historical Estate grounds with extensive trails, and are tailored to your ability level.
Once booked, you will recieve a message from us with details about this experience, and we invite you to a video meet and greet with Sara & Drew to say hello and review our program with you.
** All walking meditations are tailored to your needs, with each 1:1 or group session personalized through a consultation to review the itinerary and approve the walking trail location.
To begin, we meet at the agreed-upon trailhead and review the basics of how we begin our walking meditation, and answer questions about the trail and/or expectations for this experience.
You are encouraged to prepare for the weather in every season! Dress accordingly - and dont worry we will help you with whats best for specific trails or times of year.
Along your forest bath will be guided through a few walking meditation techniques and breathing practices - and you are always welcome to practice what you already know :)
When we conclude our walk, we will sit for a few minutes in a seated meditation and offer you a seasonal meditation gift from us - We returne to the trailhead where we began and part ways. But remember its not Goodbye! See you on the Path!

**We love including pets on mindful walks; however, some locations do not allow pets on the property or have leash-length restrictions. Also, this is meant to be a mindful walk, and sometimes a pet can unintentionally be a distraction. It is preferred that NO PETS be on the walk.
